• Nov. 07 - Langden Care, a private care operator, has asked us to design and project manage a major extension and conversion programme for its residential home at Teignmouth.
• Sep. 07 - Sanctuary Care Home have retained Vista to design a new 90 bed nursing home on a site in Crowthorne, Berks. The site is within a Special Protection Area and also has over 20 mature specimen protected areas.
• Sep. 07 - Barchester and Leigh have commissioned us to produce detailed designs for a project in Oxted which has just been granted outline planning consent.

Commercial

• Jun. 07 - Wellington Welding Supplies have asked us to provide detailed designs and project manage their new Bristol depot in Avonmouth.

Residential

• Oct. 07 - ExWorks in Staple Hill, Bristol have purchased a site adjoining their present building and Vista are providing design and development advice for a new 80+ unit housing scheme.
• Aug. 07 - Swindon Borough Council have commissioned Colliers to provide consultancy advice on 3 potential housing sites. Vista are working on the site layouts.
• AUG. 07 - Vista working alongside Colliers CRE Planning Consultancy have just submitted a change of use application for 9 residential units for Alchemi Developments in Victoria.

Motor Trade

• Nov. 07 - HR Owen have recently commissioned Vista to prepare designs for a Ferrari/Maserati Aftersales facility in West London.
• SEP. 07 - Vista are currently administering the refurbishment of Jack Barclay Ltd's Bentley Aftersales facility in Battersea. The contract is valued at £350,000 and is being undertaken on a phased basis.
