Farmer Rob House was working 60 hours a week on his dairy farm and his income was falling year by year. The local planners were not overly helpful and would not consider residential use of any description.

Vista came up with the concept of a business park, an idea that found favour with Tewkesbury Borough Council. The scheme went ahead on the basis of four distinct phases, each being fully let before commencement of the next.

The result has been a resounding success. The farmer now spends a great deal of his time in his newly acquired villa in Italy. He says it beats milking cows!
