Vista was contacted by Patrick Pinker (Game Farms) Ltd to provide development and design advice on the reuse of three large concrete and steel-framed buildings on a site that fronts the A38 on the northern fringe of Bristol.

The buildings were structurally sound and we were able to demonstrate to the LPA that they could be converted to an alternative use "without significant structural alteration".

Our scheme has transformed the buildings, and the office space that has been created has proved popular with tenants, who are paying around £15.00 psf for units ranging from 1,000 to 2,500 sq fit.

We are now working on the second phase of the project, which will deliver a further 6,000 sq ft to the development.
