Vista were appointed jointly by HR Owen and Insight
Investment to convert two industrial buildings into a new car
showroom to cover the West London market.
Prominently positioned on the A4, close to Gillette Corner
and adjacent to a listed building, the completed showroom
enhances the local street scape.
Our appointment included project management, architecture
and planning consultancy, which enabled us to provide a
seamless service to our joint clients.
The showroom, which incorporates mezzanine-level offices
was designed to comply with the latest 'BMW Retail Standards'
and CI and has contributed to the success of the business in
its new prominent location. Construction costs were just under
£1.5m and the construction phase took 9 months. |
