» 2,000 sq.m. office and business suite fit out

FTSE Index Company recently commissioned Vista to design and manage the high-specification fit-out of its new offices in Canary Wharf, London. The team was required to work to a limited budget and tight timeframe, made all the more difficult by the fact the computerised index must be updated every 15 seconds, despite the change of premises.

The design included for a bespoke curved 'copper' wall and architect-designed reception desk, as well as an in-depth space-planning service.

The £1.3m fit-out was completed on budget and on time and the 15-second update period was maintained throughout. The scheme allowed expansion for the coming five years, at which time Colliers CRE will look to relocate FTSE for a second time.
