Developers Deeley Freed acquired the property specifically for use by sister company SACO, which specialises in the provision of fully serviced high-quality apartments.

Vista's remit was to design a conversion scheme to maximise the number of flats, and this involved remodelling the interior, with particular attention to fire precautions and means of escape.

The project was negotiated with a local contractor and delivered to SACO on time and budget.
