		Developers The CP Partnership purchased the building from the hotel operators with a view to conversion to either high-quality offices or apartments. The LPA was not keen on office space in this location and steered us towards the residential alternative. Vista designed and project managed the scheme from start to finish and created 13 self-contained flats.
